Who We Are

Yvette Nadine Banker, Attorney at Law

Ms. Banker has practiced in the areas of Probate and Trust Administration and Litigation, Guardianships and Conservatorships, Exploitation of Vulnerable Adults and Wills and Trusts since 2002. She also practices in the areas of Special Needs Trusts, Medicaid (ALTCS) and Long-Term Care Planning.  She is a certified private mediator with the Probate Court, speaks on elder law issues and serves as Judge Pro Tem in Maricopa County, Arizona.


She chose this area of law because she cares about the disabled and elderly and wanted a passionate yet aggressive voice for them. The lawyers and staff at the firm are compassionate, detail oriented and focused on serving our clients diligently and effectively.


She received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver College of Law in 2000 and graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara where she received her Bachelors of Arts in Political Science.  Ms. Banker is active with organizations for children with special needs and with adults with Alzheimer’s.  In her free time, she loves to travel and spend time with her family and friends.

Ms. Banker is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Probate and Trust Section and Elder Law, Mental Health and Special Needs Planning Section of the State Bar of Arizona and the Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Section of the Maricopa County Bar Association.


Ms. Banker was the President of the Arizona Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys in 2010 and is still a member.  Ms. Banker also served on the Executive Council of the State Bar of Arizona Elder Law, Mental Health and Special Needs Planning Section.
